Short cut keys play a good role in the everyday use of SAP Business One. After all the standard shortcut keys of SAP Business One, you can assign a particular function to a function key from time to time.
Setup:
- From the Main Menu bar, choose Tools > My shortcuts > customize> customize screen appears
- Choose the Shortcut key under shortcut and then choose the required module under the module and finally, the user needs to choose the relevant screen under the window and allocate (Click on push button).
Usability: While processing user can press the allocated function key to open the required screen.
