And then create a purchase order.<\/p>\n<h2><b>1. It will be followed with a purchase request form. Enter the product id, quantity, ship to location id etc on the row.<\/p>\n<p>After entering the required data, click on the \u2018Check\u2019 button for a quick review of the data. It will check if all the necessary details are completed or not. Or else, gives an error message.<\/p>\n<p>Save the message once it shows a no error message at the bottom. To complete the process of requesting a purchase, you need to Release the order by clicking on the \u2018Release\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Save the document.<\/p>\n<p>Save the document by clicking the \u2018Save\u2019 button to save this purchase order. Now click the \u2018Order\u2019 button to send it to the supplier.<\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Creating Inbound Delivery Receipt <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The order-to-pay process is incomplete without a delivery receipt. After your goods have arrived, to generate Post Good Receipt, go to:<\/p>\n<p>Inbound Logistics WorkCentre &gt; Purchase orders &gt; Post-Good Receipt.<\/p>\n<p>Enter the delivery notification ID, enter the amount and other data according to the shipment etc. in the create \u2018Inbound Delivery and Goods Receipt\u2019 form. Save and close.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, an Inbound Delivery receipt will be created.<\/p>\n<h2><b>4. Creating Supplier Invoice <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>For the last step, to create the supplier invoice, the user goes to the Supplier Invoicing WorkCentre.<\/p>\n<p>Select &gt; Invoice entry. Select the respective inbound delivery and click on \u2018New Invoice\u2019.<\/p>\n<h2><b>5. Payment <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>WorkCentre&gt; Payables&gt; Supplier Accounts &gt; Trade Payables<\/p>\n<p>To Pay, click pay manually&gt; outgoing check. &gt; give check number and bank details and then save.<\/p>\n<p>This is how the Procurement to Pay process in SAP Business ByDesign is done.
