Once a Lead is eligible and determined to be a probable sale, the Lead is converted to a customer <em>Organization<\/em>, <em>Contact<\/em> and an <em>Opportunity<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>When converting a lead, vtiger CRM creates a new Organization, contact and, optionally, a Opportunity using the information from the lead. contact tab in front of the &#8216;transfer related record to&#8217; option<\/li>\n<li>the information is shared with the contact only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this steps to be followed
