Extracting Trial Balance from SAP Business ByD

Trial balance list all the company’s financial transactions in General Ledger. SAP ByDesign accounting module can filter out trial balances according to some parameters you need. For example, here is a demo by one of our SAP ByD Consultants. You can find how users can retrieve trial balances from the software.

First, we have to log in to SAP ByDesign from the browser. From Home> dropdown menu> we can choose list> from the list, we can search for the trial balance. Select Trial Balance (It shows many types of trial balance, but choose Trial Balance)   

In the proceeding window, you can see a filter on the left-hand side and a space to display data. Click here to start the report. You’ll get a trial balance according to the paraments you have selected.
