There was also a lack of automation due to the absence of\u00a0formal internal workflows\u00a0or processes.\u00a0This poor visibility\u00a0of data\u00a0combined with the absence of\u00a0defined KPIs was\u00a0hindering\u00a0their business growth.<\/p>\n<h4>Online stock and Offline Stock not Integrated<\/h4>\n<p>The client was experiencing difficulties due to online\u00a0and offline stock not being integrated.. In addition, there was no\u00a0sales module\u00a0in their existing system that could integrate\u00a0with price lists\u00a0or the sales funnel,\u00a0or to accept online orders and payments.\u00a0This limited functionality was a primary pain point that impacted the business on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<article>Target Integration has a multi-dimensional team, which is great because they can handle both technical and accounting issues and training within Odoo, even within the same meeting (as these issues often overlap a bit when getting set up) &#8211; and they understand Irish accounting rules which is so useful.<\/p>\n<h3>Claire Kenny<\/h3>\n<p>CEO, Sunaura Distribution Ltd<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<h2>Solutions<\/h2>\n<p>The Odoo ERP and specific modular applications improved and expanded the capability of Sunaura\u2019s\u00a0business functions, by\u00a0streamlining\u00a0business processes and enabling\u00a0the company to sustain a healthy practice of internal collaboration. This\u00a0contributed to a reduction in production costs and growth in productivity.<\/p>\n<h4>Customer-centric Approach<\/h4>\n<p>TI recommended the implementation\u00a0of\u00a0Odoo CRM, which is well known for its customer-centric approach. As it is highly customisable, it was the perfect solution to address the client\u2019s unique needs and specific requirements \u2013 both now and in the future. The client could now access all the information they would need about any\u00a0customer\u00a0at any time.<\/p>\n<h4>Integration of Sales<\/h4>\n<p>All\u00a0activities related to the sales process were integrated with\u00a0Sunaura\u2019s eCommerce\u00a0website,\u00a0to manage quotations, leads and prospects,\u00a0and\u00a0streamlined\u00a0this through the implementation of Odoo. In addition, Odoo Purchase enabled customers and internal teams to receive status updates and notifications, improving communication and service delivery.<\/p>\n<h4>Stock management<\/h4>\n<p>TI supported efficient stock management, from availability\u00a0and storage\u00a0to\u00a0utilisation through Odoo.
