Target Integration at the Northern Ireland Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition

September 7, 2026

Manufacturing is changing quickly.

Businesses are under pressure to improve efficiency, reduce costs, manage energy consumption, strengthen their supply chains and make better use of the data they already have.

That is exactly why Target Integration is heading to the Northern Ireland Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition as a Silver Sponsor.

We will be exhibiting at Stand C15, where our team will be showcasing what digital transformation can look like when it is built around the way a manufacturing business actually operates.

Our focus is simple: connect the process, reduce the manual work and give everyone better visibility.

See a Manufacturing Process From Start to Finish

At Stand C15, we will be running a live manufacturing demonstration using Odoo, taking an order through the entire process from the initial customer purchase right through to delivery.

The demonstration will show how each stage can connect in real time, with information moving automatically between teams rather than relying on emails, spreadsheets or manual updates.

The process will follow:

1. Customer Order

A product is selected through the EOS system and the order is placed.

2. Office

The order is received by the office, where the required information is immediately available.

3. Warehouse

The order moves to the warehouse for picking, with the team knowing exactly what needs to be prepared.

4. Assembly Line

The required components move to the assembly line, where the product is manufactured.

5. Assembly Approval

The completed product goes through the required approval stage before moving on.

6. Delivery

The finished product is prepared and sent to the customer, with the customer receiving their receipt as part of the connected process.

The important part is not simply seeing Odoo perform each individual task.

It is seeing how the information connects everything together.

An order placed at the beginning of the process can drive the activities that follow, giving each team the information they need without repeatedly entering the same data.

What Does a Connected Factory Actually Look Like?

For many manufacturers, digital transformation can sound like a major undertaking.

Our demonstration is designed to make it much more practical.

We want visitors to see how a connected system can bring together:

  • Sales
  • Office administration
  • Inventory
  • Warehousing
  • Manufacturing
  • Quality
  • Delivery
  • Customer information

Instead of each department working from its own information, everyone works from the same process.

That can mean less manual administration, fewer opportunities for errors and much better visibility over what is happening across the business.

Most importantly, it gives management a clearer view of the entire operation in real time.

The Sustainable Factory: Energy Savings and Carbon Reduction Are the Same Project

Alongside the live demonstration, Ryan O’Connor from Target Integration will be speaking at the event on “The Sustainable Factory: Where Energy Savings and Carbon Reduction Are the Same Project.”

Ryan’s session will take place at 11:00am on the Sustainability Stage.

The conversation will focus on an important point for manufacturers: energy efficiency and carbon reduction should not necessarily be treated as two separate initiatives.

Understanding where energy is being consumed, how production is performing and where inefficiencies exist can help businesses identify opportunities to reduce both operational costs and their environmental impact.

Better data plays a major role in that process.

When businesses can connect operational information with energy and production data, they can start to understand not just how much energy they are using, but where it is being used and what is driving that consumption.

Come and Talk Digital Transformation With Us

Our team attending the event will be:

We will be there to talk about digital transformation in practical terms.

Whether you are looking at ERP, manufacturing systems, automation, business intelligence, sustainability, AI or simply trying to work out where your current processes could be improved, come and have a conversation with us.

You do not need to have a digital transformation project ready to go.

Sometimes the best place to start is simply understanding what is possible.
