In addition, there was a dependency on the\u00a0varying systems and software in use across multiple departments\u00a0throughout the business.<\/p>\n<h4>Alarm Master Update and Billing Setup Workflow<\/h4>\n<p>Following the alarm master update and billing setup workflow, a\u00a0field assistant engineer had to submit more than 10\u00a0google forms with site details. This was a time consuming activity, taking\u00a0around 25 minutes to complete the\u00a0information\u00a0needed\u00a0for every\u00a0installation.<\/p>\n<h4>Lag in Communication and Multiple Dependencies<\/h4>\n<p>A customer record is not created until an engineer requests it, either via email, call or information received from the control room spreadsheet\u00a0&#8211; and call enquiries were\u00a0not logged for further follow-up. \u00a0Alarm Master doesn\u2019t hold install visits.<\/p>\n<article>We engaged Target Integration to help us implement a new CRM system across our business. We needed a solution that would join the different solutions we had for different parts of the business and bring it all under the one CRM. We settled on Zoho as it ticked all of\u2026<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2021\/05\/Ellipse-25.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"60\" height=\"60\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Aaron Mooney<\/h3>\n<p>CEO, Action24<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<h2>Solutions<\/h2>\n<p>Target Integration implemented a number of business applications for Action 24,\u00a0across various departments,\u00a0including\u00a0those specific to customer management operations.\u00a0Target Integration helped Action 24 to manage all their records centrally, connecting\u00a0all modules\u00a0or applications, ultimately\u00a0helping\u00a0them build a long-term relationship with their customers.<\/p>\n<h4>Zoho One Suite<\/h4>\n<p>Following the consultation process, Target Integration proposed Zoho One suite to Action 24,\u00a0to eradicate their manual workflows or processes\u00a0and automate business activities. The\u00a0implementation included\u00a0Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books and Zoho Invoices, all of which were installed to help the client deliver timely services for their customers.<\/p>\n<h4>An Integrated System for Better Collaboration<\/h4>\n<p>Action 24 need an integrated system that would allow their field assistant engineers\u00a0and help desk management teams to collaborate remotely. \u00a0Target\u00a0Integration recommended the use of CRM automation, customer service management software and Zoho Sign and Accounts Management system\u00a0to address this and streamline processes.<\/p>\n<h4>Real-time Access To Information<\/h4>\n<p>Target Integration proposed the integration of Zoho Desk with Zoho CRM, meaning that all information would be synchronised in \u2018real-time\u2019 and available to all relevant departments. \u00a0The Zoho Desk mobile app was also customised and integrated\u00a0meaning that the field teams had access when they were out and about.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-683x1024.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-1365x2048.jpg 1365w, https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-1920x2880.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/targetintegration.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/light-bulb-made-from-yellow-paper-ball-1-scaled.jpg 1707w\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Result<\/h2>\n<h4>Action 24 now had a robust system for the management of their customer records and the daily manual processes, that were costly in terms of time and resource, were replaced through automation.
