SERVICES<\/strong> PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n INDUSTRY<\/strong> Origina was looking to replace their legacy accounting system, and in particular needed a solution to support both multiple companies and multiple currency financial management.<\/p>\n Target Integration helped them implement Odoo v12\u00a0with full accounting features and purchase management features.<\/p>\n Origina was facing a number of challenges with their existing accounting systems, specifically the limited capability to support multiple company information, which was impacting on financial management and business operations.<\/p>\n In addition, Origina was experiencing difficulties with making and recording transactions in multiple currencies.\u00a0They needed\u00a0a solution to support deferred revenue management across all their companies to facilitate analytic accounting.<\/p>\n With a\u00a0multi-company setup, Origina needed to be able to easily consolidate their accounts.\u00a0They need a solution that could easily support inter-company transactions and provide customised monthly financial reporting and budget management.<\/p>\n Origina has now moved to the next phase of the development and requires a sophisticated and integrated system to support the delivery of information, support, product sales across all the regional areas. Following consultation with Target Integration, they chose Odoo as the\u00a0ideal accounting software\u00a0to address their current challenges.<\/p>\n The Odoo Accounting app was installed and integrated to meet Origina\u2019s specific needs. Repetitive accounting activities were\u00a0now\u00a0automated, enabling efficient recording of information and enhanced productivity.<\/p>\n Target Integration installed\u00a0Odoo Accounting, Purchase Order\u00a0and\u00a0Document Management\u00a0capability, and configured\u00a0a multi-company (four companies) set up within a single system installation.<\/p>\n Target Integration installed the Odoo\u00a0purchase management app, which\u00a0integrated completely with the accounting software.\u00a0The app automated Origina\u2019s purchasing workflows, such as\u00a0stock updates and orders for the raw material based on scheduled delivery of orders.<\/p>\n Target Integration has helped Origina in overcoming their challenges related to purchase management\u00a0and, most crucially,\u00a0automating elements of their accounting process and simplifying their financial management.<\/p>\n
