In SAP Business One inventory allocation is an easy method to move stocks in batches with one click. This is one of those useful functionalities connected to the ctrl key
At the time of the creation of the sale order, the user can assign the specific batch or Serial number by pressing ctrl+tab. Based on that Warehouse users can deliver the respective batch/serial number items to the customers.
Setup:
- From the SAP Business One Menu bar, choose > Sales -A/R > Sales Order >Sales > order screen appears.
- Choose the Customer at header level and at line level user needs to select the item. When using keys in quantity, from the same field he needs to press ctrl+tab to select the Batch/Serial number to allocate.
