It is standard to have 99.999% in a year but that equates to almost 9 hours can your business bear that?<\/li>\n<li>Do they have a money refund policy if the downtime goes over 0.001%?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What are the terms around cancellation?<\/li>\n<li>Is there a notice period for cancellation\/termination of the
