Inventory Allocation in SAP Business One

At the time of the creation of the sale order, the user can assign the specific batch or Serial number by pressing ctrl+tab. Based on that Warehouse users can deliver the respective batch/serial number items to the customers.

Setup:

• From the SAP Business One Menu bar, choose > Sales -A/R > Sales Order >Sales > order screen appears.

• Choose the Customer at header level and at line level user needs to select the item. When using keys in quantity, from the same field he needs to press ctrl+tab to select the Batch/Serial number to allocate.
