Joomla! team has released version 1.5.18 of Joomla! Content Management System. The latest version fixes a security bug and rolls back a issue which from version 1.5.16.
The release notes on Joomla’s website www.joomla.org listed out the changes as:
- High Priority – Core – XSS Vulnerabilities in back end &
- Revert issue 19859 (Graceful handling of Apache plugin failures)
Target Integration recommends users and owners of websites using Joomla as a Content Management System to upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
