Quick answer is that it has not been tested. It was only developed for and tested with 5.2.1.

You can try to install on a test installation and see if it works. It will be worth sharing with others on the forum.

Yep, I was impatient so I did install it...no problems so far, I am just now setting it up and will post the outcome...hopefully I will get succesfull sync with mailchimp...

hmm... I get blank screen when I click on MailChimp menu item....

it looks like mailchimp integration will need some debugging....
